Amanda Brook
General Manager, Marketing
Sensis

Amanda Brook joined Sensis in March 2004 as General Manager, Marketing. In December 2004 she also assumed responsibility for the Product and Innovation business unit. Amanda’s portfolio includes the entire range of marketing functions incorporating brand, customer strategy (including consumer, advertiser and services customers), marketing communications, market intelligence, and customer information management in addition to product development and pricing. She is responsible for integrating Sensis’ market positioning and product development across all Sensis business units. Amanda’s focus is to strengthen Sensis’ position as a major media company by developing and promoting the innovative advertising solutions and business services that the Sensis network delivers through its portfolio of more than 25 brands. These include: Yellow®, White Pages®, Trading Post®, Media Smart®, CitySearch®, GoStay®, Sensis.com.au search engine, Sensis 1234 voice concierge service, UBD® and Gregorys® maps, Whereis® location and navigation systems and Invizage® IT solutions. Before moving to Sensis, Amanda has held positions as Chief Executive Officer, Sussan Retail, Chief Executive Officer, Creative Brands Pty Ltd. and Brand Leader, Priceline Pty Ltd.. She has also been responsible for the roll-out of the Priceline Pharmacy franchise network and the launch of the Officeworks Superstores on behalf of Coles Myer Ltd.
Graeme Chipp
Managing Director

Graeme is Growth Solutions Group's Managing Director and co-founder. He has wide experience in food, wine, retail, financial services and social marketing, with particular expertise in marketing organisation performance. Graeme brings a unique mix of McKinsey management consulting and senior executive experience in strategy development, marketing and business start-ups. He received his MBA degree (Honours with mention) from IMEDE, Switzerland, in 1987. Graeme is a director of Odyssey House Victoria, Trustee of the Robert Rose Foundation, and is actively involved in the AFL Kickstart Indigenous Community Exchange Program, which he established in cooperation with the AFL.
Neville Fielke
Senior Advisor

Neville Fielke is a Senior Advisor to a variety of Businesses and Organisations. He has considerable experience as a senior executive in consumer goods, including the last four years with Foster’s Group Limited. In his last role he was Senior Director Marketing (Chief Marketing Officer) Foster’s Australia, responsible for the business integration of Carlton United Beverages, Berringer Blass Wines and Southcorp Wines, with wider responsibility for areas including products, brands, consumer insight, innovation, sponsorship, communications and trade marketing. Before moving to Foster’s, Neville occupied senior executive roles in a range of sectors and business environments, including multiple geographies, categories, services, channels, licensing regimes, currencies, cultures, ownership structures and business operating models. For example, in eight years with H J Heinz Co, he occupied roles including CEO and Area Vice President for Japan, Australia and New Zealand; Managing Director, Heinz Watties Australasia; Global Category Leader, Quick Serve Meals; and Marketing Director, Australia. Before that, he held various roles with the Mars Group of Companies over a five-year period.
Alison McIvor

Alison manages AustralianSuper's Marketing and Communications Unit and Annual Program. She was recently responsible for the ARF / STA / AustralianSuper Merger Re-branding Project involving more than 3,000 brand touch points. Prior to the merger, Alison managed Annual Marketing, Business Development and Communications Program. She has also worked as a radio reporter, media relations officer, marketing and communications consultant, and the Executive Director of an industry association where she was responsible for development and provision of member services. Alison has a Bachelor of mkt (Monash University), a Masters of Marketing (Melbourne Business School) and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Colin McLeod is the General Manager, Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs at the Australian Football League. He previously held senior marketing positions at Goldman Sachs JBWere, Telstra and GMH, while his academic career included appointments at the Melbourne Business School and the Haas School at the University of California - Berkeley. He is currently a Senior Associate of the Judge Business School at Cambridge.
Felicity Pantelidis

Felicity Pantelidis is a Graduate of Monash University (Clayton), she holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and majored in Management/Marketing. Felicity has both Financial Services and Telecommunications industry experience. Felicity Pantelidis is Head of Product and Segmentation for GE Money's Direct to Consumer Division. Felicity created this function for GE Money. The primary purpose of this function is to develop products that meet the needs of defined customer segments and, to manage the profitability of Loan and Card products. In Felicity's previous role as Group Marketing Manager, Telstra Consumer and Channels she was responsible for the market launch of Telstra’s consumer mobile products. Felicity led the consumer market launch of Telstra’s 3G (2100) network. Felicity has experience in both Australian and Asian markets and has performed sales, marketing, product management and, mergers and acquisitions roles at both strategic and operational levels. Felicity is also a Director on the Board of the Victorian Deaf Society.

Ken is the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Monash University, Department of Marketing. He is a former Associate Professor in Marketing Research at Melbourne Business School and has worked extensively on complex brand research assignments at both a tactical and strategic level. Ken is the Managing Principal at Forethought and has been a significant contributor to all of the firm’s research projects for over the past thirteen years. He specialises in complex marketing research projects that call for innovative designs. Ken is Qualified Practising Market Researcher and member of the Australia Marketing and Social Research Society.
Peter Simon

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, Peter spent 8 years in the wine industry working with Wynn Winegrowers and The Stanley Wine Company. For the latter he became Sales and Marketing Director and Managing Director of the company's import/export group, H.G Brown and Sons. In 1998 he was appointed to The Australian Wine Board's Marketing Committee. In 1985 Peter started the Simon Richards Group which, over the next 20 years grew to be Australia's Relationship and Database Marketing Agency with 4 offices in Australia and one in Kuala Lumpur. SRG won numerous awards for their work in Australia and overseas. At their peak they employed more than 250 people and generated revenue of $15 million. In 2000 SRG was voted Direct Marketing Agency of the Year. SRG sold the company to Clemenger in 2004. In 2005 Peter accepted a new challenge to head up Pacific Micromarketing a division of PMP. In 1996 Peter was named Direct Marketer of the Year by the Australian Direct Marketing Association[ ADMA]. In 2000 he received a Service Award from ADMA. In 2001 he won the Southern Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He currently holds Board positions with ADMA and public ally listed Go Connect Limited. He also runs his own wine company, Terra Felix.
Mark Tatham-Thompson

In a career spanning ten years and two continents, Mark Tatham-Thompson has diverse marketing and management experience across the IT and telecommunications sector. After completing a BSc.(Hons) Product Design at Surrey University and MA Design, Strategy & Innovation at Brunel University, Mark worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. His roles included product management, marketing and business development within the vendor and operator arenas at Motorola and Dolphin Telecommunications. Mark immigrated to Australia in 1999, taking up a position in product marketing and business development with Ericsson Australia. Since January 2002, Mark has headed up NEC Business Solutions’ product management and marketing teams, working to ensure the company’s products and solutions continue to evolve and meet customers’ changing business needs. One of Mark’s major focuses in this role has been the introduction of UNIVERGE, NEC’s pure IP solutions strategy and architecture, to the Australian market. Mark is a member of the Advisory Board for the Marketing Department of Monash University.
John Zeigler

John Zeigler is the leading voice of DDB in Asia Pacific. He is a staunch advocate of marketing effectiveness for the region.
As President and CEO of DDB Group across Asia Pacific & Japan, John's responsibilities span 22 offices in 14 countries and more than 1,300 employees.
Across the Asia Pacific region, DDB is a combination of businesses and brands including Tribal DDB, Rapp Collins, and design, sales promotion and public relations agencies. As part of his current role, and with assistance from his senior management across Asia, John manages and drives growth for all the agencies; identifies and makes acquisitions; spearheads major global and regional pitches, and is a major advocate for training and investing in his people.
Prior to his Asia Pacific regional role, John was Director of Digital Services Worldwide and Worldwide Chairman of Tribal DDB. Based in New York, he was instrumental in Tribal DDB's worldwide growth creating 25 offices in 19 countries.
In his 19 years with DDB, John has worked in three continents with other notable roles including President & CEO, DDB Australia & New Zealand; President & CEO, DDB Singapore and President & CEO and Chairman of DDB South East Asia Region; President, CEO and founder of DDB Focus, an integrated services agency in Dallas; and Managing Director of DDB Melbourne.
